Terms
Prices and quotes
Prices shown here are current and hold for 30 days from the day you build your quote. A quote is an estimate based on what you selected. If the work turns out to be bigger than what you picked, I will tell you what it costs before I start, not after.
Payment
Calls are paid in full at booking. Everything else is invoiced before work starts unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. The three-day intensive takes a 50% deposit to hold the dates, with the balance due on day one. Travel and lodging outside the Nashville area are billed separately at cost.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Sessions are non-refundable. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows, or cancellations inside 24 hours, forfeit the session. Prepaid packages expire 6 months from purchase for 3 calls, 9 months for 5, and 12 months for 10, and unused calls after that are forfeited. Retainers are month to month and you can cancel any time before your next billing date. Intensive dates cancelled within 14 days forfeit the deposit, because I have turned down other work to hold them.
Delivery
Teardowns land within 48 hours. Video ideas take 5 business days. Written playbooks and strategy documents take 10 business days from our session. If I am going to be late, I will tell you before the deadline rather than after it.
No guarantee of results
I can tell you what has worked, what is working, and why. I cannot promise you views, followers, engagement, revenue or any specific outcome. Platforms change how they rank things constantly, and what happens after you post depends on your execution, your niche and your consistency as much as it depends on my advice. Nothing here is a guarantee of performance, and none of it is financial, legal or tax advice.
What you own
Ideas, hooks, plans and documents I make for you are yours to use however you want, once you have paid for them. I keep the right to say that we worked together and to talk about results in general terms. If you would rather I did not, tell me and I will not.
Confidentiality
Anything you share about your business, your numbers or your plans stays between us. I will not repeat it or use it with anyone else.
Privacy
What I collect and why
This page collects your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, your social handle, and whatever you type in the notes box. I use it to send your quote, prepare for our work, and follow up. That is it. I do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not helping me run this business.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are handled by Formspree. Bookings and payments run through Calendly and PayPal. Each has its own privacy policy. I never see or store your card details.
Text messages
The text box is opt-in and unchecked by default. Tick it and you may get occasional updates and offers by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to stop, or HELP for help. Leaving it unticked changes nothing else.
Getting your data removed
Email me at mediabymelb@gmail.com and I will delete what I have. No explanation needed.
